The Best Steakhouse in Every State

Ms. Mattison writes great articles. In this article, she listed St. Elmo Steak House for Indiana. She states, “Unlike most of the steakhouses on the list, St. Elmo Steak House isn’t into making dry-aged beef. They’ve been serving up wet-aged steaks since 1902. If you’ve come with an appetite, try polishing off the 28-ounce porterhouse, which is so large it hangs off the plate.”

No nod to their shrimp cocktail?! I am very happy that you can now buy their Shrimp Cocktail and their Horseradish sauce in Krogers and other fine grocery stores now.

But that is not what got me to thinking. Indiana is a big state, what other great Steakhouses are out there in Indiana?
