Ms. Mattison writes great articles. In this article, she listed St. Elmo Steak House for Indiana. No nod to their shrimp cocktail?! I am very happy that you can now buy their Shrimp Cocktail and their Horseradish sauce in Krogers and other fine grocery stores now.
But that is not what got me to thinking. Indiana is a big state, what other great Steakhouses are out there in Indiana?
